- Easy to clean:Smooth surface: easy to clean and maintain, reducing the residue of
particles and pollutants, ensuring the cleanliness of the wafer
- Transportation and Storage- Stability: The design ensures that the wafer will not slide or be damaged
during transportation, providing a stable storage environment.

Applications:
- Wafer Fabrication
Production line use: Cassette boxes are used to store and transport wafers during the
wafer production process, ensuring safe and effective management
between different processes.
Testing phase: During the wafer testing and inspection phase, the cassette box is
used to store the wafers to be tested, ensuring their safety and
stability during the testing process.
Cleaning process: During the wafer cleaning process, the cassette can conveniently
place the wafer to ensure that it is not contaminated after
cleaning.
Attention:
♦Check the cassette box: Ensure that the cassette box is intact, without cracks or damage.
♦Cleaning the Cassette Box: If necessary, use appropriate cleaning agents to clean the
Cassette Box to ensure no contamination.
♦Careful placement: Gently place the wafer into each slot of the cassette box,
ensuring that the wafer is fully seated in the slot and avoiding
tilting or contact with other wafers.
♦Avoid direct contact: Use tweezers and other tools as much as possible to avoid direct
contact between fingers and the wafer surface, in order to reduce
the risk of static electricity and contamination.
- Transportation and Storage
♦Proper handling: When handling the cassette, keep it level and avoid violent
shaking to reduce the impact on the wafer.
♦Storage location: Place the cardboard box in a dry and clean environment, avoiding
direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Packing and Shipping:
- The Wafer Cassette Box should be packaged with a suitable shipping
container to ensure that it is not damaged or exposed to any
hazards during transportation. We recommend that the box be secured
within a strong corrugated cardboard box and surrounded with plenty
of polystyrene foam or other cushioning material.
- To ensure the box is not damaged during transit, it should be
sealed with waterproof adhesive tape and clearly labeled with the
required shipment details. The box should also be clearly marked
with “Fragile” and “Handle With Care” stickers.
